CDs: If you plan on burning images and videos to CDs, please make sure that the software or CD you're using doesn't have an anti-access/encryption program on it. And please put your name and phone number on the CDs so we know who made them (in case we have questions).
Flash/thumb/pen drives: If you use flash drives, please put your name and phone number on the drives so we know who to return them to. They can be returned during the week via our athletes, or at the next meet; just let me know what you prefer.
Emailing images: If you want to send your images by email, please attach them to the email separately. Photos that are included within the document (i.e., via Picasa or iPhone) aren't print quality so we can't use them.
Since we are collecting images to make prints, we need to get the original size of each image in order to print clear photos. A 4x6-inch photo needs between 1.4-2.2 mega pixels.
